This post shows one way to compare the indexes.

With no fanfare other than to say you will not see this anywhere else, please see below for comparisons between the three major indexes and the Dow 20 and 15.

This analysis method is original and is unavailable anywhere else.

Applied to indexes, this is more interesting than valuable.

Applied to industry, sub-industry, and stock levels, this method provides clear value: a clear competitive edge against your stock market competition. Every time you buy/sell a stock, the seller/buyer is taking the exact opposite stance as you. Which of you is using the more valuable information for your decisions?

Spoiler alert - listed from strongest to weakest:
- Dow 15 Utilities
- Nasdaq 100 and Dow 30 Industrials (tied)
- S&P500
- Dow 20 Transports

Nasdaq 100:

Dow Theorists may be interested in the next three graphics. The Transports do not fully support the Industrials. Problematic?

Dow 30 Industrials:

Dow Industrials were unchanged and have a Strong score.

Dow 20 Transports:

Dow Transports were unchanged and have a Weak score.
