This is the follow-up to this post which measured industry/sub-industry strength prior to the OPEC surprise production cuts announcement.

Here is a look at the strongest stocks today and on 3/31/23.

4/11/23 - 19 strong stocks:

Of the 19, 12 were already strong before this last week.

3/31/23 - 13 strong stocks:

Of the 13, only 2 were already strong before 3/31/23.
